“My husband was turning left from one highway to another highway when a car who was trying to pass multiple vehicles behind us hit us on drivers side as we were turning causing my 2021 Jeep to be pushed completely off the road and into a ditch where we hit a large pole/electrical pole. We hit the pole so hard that it moved it. Our air bags did not deploy at all. I got a notification on my Jeep app stating that there was airbag failure. My husband and my body were shook pretty bad from the incident and could have been seriously injured due to the impact. Our Jeep was towed to the body shop and they stated the gentleman working there told my husband that our airbags should have deployed.”
