“The contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving at 55 MPH, the contact stated that the lane assist feature was activated. The contact stated that the Anti-lock Brake System was independently activated. The contact stated that the failure occurred while it was raining. The contact stated that due to the Automatic Braking System failure, the contact's vehicle was pulled out of its lane and into a concrete wall. The contact stated that the vehicle spun and was settled facing the oncoming traffic. The contact stated that there were no major injuries. The contact and the front seat passenger sustained body soreness but received no medical attention. The contact stated that a police report was filed, however the information was unavailable. The vehicle was towed to the tow yard. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 83,000.”

“I regularly had issues with the automatic braking system. On 11/2/2020 I was driving on the highway and the braking system automatically engaged, causing me to swerve and hit a semi-truck. This resulted in a total loss to the vehicle and ongoing back pain.”

“ON 02/06/2021, AFTER ENTERING A GATED RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY, THE CAR SUDDENLY BRAKES FOR NO REASON. NO OTHER VEHICLES OR PEDESTRIANS WERE ON THE ROAD. WEATHER WAS OVERCAST. ROADWAY WAS DRY. SPEED WAS APPROXIMATLEY 27 MPH. NECK AND HEAD INJURY RESULTED. HONDA DEALER COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG AFTER RUNNING ALL TESTS. THEREFORE, THEY SAID NOTHIG WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE THIS CAR!”
